Location & Surroundings
The suite is located in the small and quiet village of Kaminarata, where authentic Kefalonian life still thrives. Just next door, you’ll find a traditional tavern with delicious local cuisine and a mini market. The closest large town, Lixouri, is only 7 minutes away and offers shops, cafes, and ferries to Argostoli. The best beaches of the island, including Petani, Xi, and Platia Ammos, are all within 10–15 minutes by car. Whether you’re looking for secluded coves, local culture, or culinary adventures, this is the perfect base.
Guest Access
Guests have:

We kindly ask all guests to respect the shared spaces and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere the property offers.
Additional Information
- The house is located on a hillside — which gives you amazing views, but we recommend having a car to easily explore the island.
- The pool is shared with only one other unit but remains very private and quiet.
- We provide clean linens, towels, and pillows. You’ll only need your own toiletries.
- Check-in and check-out are flexible, depending on availability.
The Cleaning Service:
If you are staying for more than 6 nights and up to 10, you will get fresh towels mid-stay & a general clean.
If you stay for more than 10 nights, you will get fresh sheets, towels, and a general clean every 4th or 5th day.
If you wish a more often cleaning service, this is possible upon request with a fee, based on each individual’s needs.
