About the Apartment
The apartment is located in a safe and a quiet neighborhood with mostly families living around. Everything is within walkable distance from the penthouse: Supermarket, fruit market, cheesemaker, meat market, bakery and many more just 1′ walking distance away. There is plenty of space to park your car right in front of the house, while cafes, restaurants, the seaside and the famous Argostoli’s bridge is just 3′ away. The closest beach, Makris Yialos is 6′ by car or approximately 35′ walking distance.

The cleaning service:
If you are staying for more than 5 nights and up to 9, you will get fresh towels mid-stay & a free general clean.
For a 10- nights rental or longer, you will get fresh sheets & towels, along with a general clean every 3rd day.
Upon the day of the cleaning service, the cleaning lady will be visiting the apartment around 11:00 in the morning.
If you wish for a more often cleaning service, this is possible upon request with a fee of 12€ per hour, based on each individual’s needs.
Once you arrive we will show you the place and guide you through all the facilities. Also, we will give you a detailed description of what to do and how to take advantage of every single day on the island. We will make sure you can have the best-staying experience and meet the Greek Hospitality!
