About the Apartment
This lovely maisonette is brand NEW! We dedicated love and care to create a unique atmosphere for your vacation. Built during June 2019, it was designed with the highest quality and respect for the environment. It a spacious stylish 2 levels apartment, on the top floor of a family building. Inside, you can find a great variety of amenities, individual reading lamps next to the beds, while an adjusting hidden lighting on the ceiling creates a relaxing atmosphere, excellent for you to enjoy your stay. A double bed with anatomic mattress and 4 anatomic pillows will ensure the best sleeping experience. Smart TV, fast free WiFi, balcony doors that could remain fully or partially open, in order to allow fresh air flow.
The maisonette is full A/C with powerful AC units. The kitchen has all kind of amenities and is fully equipped.
The beds in the 2 twin bedrooms can be adjusted to form double beds upon request with no extra fees.
A large dining table at the living room and also individual tables on the balconies will secure unforgettable dining experience.
Smoke and CO detectors have been installed for safety reasons.
The maisonette is equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher. We offer handsoap, shampoo, and body soap. There will always be warm water which is produced by solar energy with appropriate panels and boilers.
There is a staircase from the first floor to the second floor and please note that you will need to go up and down the staircase.
There is always enough space just outside the building to safely park your vehicle and there is also a garage for an extra fee, inquire if you like to book it.

We offer really good prices for airport transfers, much better than the usual taxi fares, and also, we cooperate with many local car rentals for the best prices available, usually better than the online prices.
We also offer low rates for transfers to/from any part of the island.
The cleaning service:
If you are staying up to 5 nights, you will get fresh towels mid-stay & a free general clean.
If you are staying for more than 5 nights and up to 9, you will get fresh towels & free general cleaning twice.
For a 10- nights rental or longer, you will get fresh sheets & towels, along with a general clean every 3rd day.
Upon the day of the cleaning service, the cleaning lady will be visiting the apartment around 11:00 in the morning.
If you wish for a more often cleaning service, this is possible upon request with a fee of 12€ per hour, based on each individual’s needs.
Once you arrive we will show you the place and guide you through all the facilities. Also, we will give you a detailed description of what to do and how to take advantage of every single day on the island. We will make sure you can have the best-staying experience and meet the Greek Hospitality!
